M&K Financial Services' client is a law firm that had a pension plan where they were not allowed to contribute the maximum amount to the plan.
Solution:
It was discovered that the plan was designed improperly, causing an upset with the firm's partners. The plan needed to be redesigned and recommendations on how to maximize the contributions increase the maximum profit sharing for all employees needed to be made.
