Susan Cunningham CPA*, MT

Susan D. Cunningham is a Partner in the Tax and Business Services group with more than 15 years experience providing a wide scope of services including planning‚ consulting‚ structuring‚ research and tax compliance. She has extensive experience working with large and small companies such as private entities, public companies and venture capital firms in a variety of industries. Ms. Cunningham currently provides structuring‚ tax planning and other services for several well-known commercial real estate companies in the Philadelphia area. She also offers a number of closely-held businesses and high-net-worth clients retirement and employee benefit services.

Ms. Cunningham joined the firm in 2005 and was named Partner in 2010. Ms. Cunningham's in-depth background uniquely qualifies her to spearhead intensive training seminars on new and current tax law topics and tax software programs for clients and staff. As a leader of the Firm's internal training program‚ she assists with the development of continuing education for professional staff and serves as a mentor to young staff members.

In addition to her professional affiliations‚ Ms. Cunningham is actively involved in her community. She serves as the Treasurer for a local youth group and hosts school fundraisers.
