Jorge Herrera CPA

Jorge Herrera is a partner in the Firm's Assurance Division. He has more than 20 years of experience specializing in auditing and advisory services to publically traded companies and private for-profit entities in various industries as well as not-for-profit and governmental entities. Mr. Herrera has worked with clients involved in initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions and has been involved in due diligence projects. Mr. Herrera assists his clients with complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including the impact of new accounting and reporting pronouncements.

Mr. Herrera is a member of the Firm's Audit Efficiency Committee as well as the Florida Assurance Division's Board, having responsibility for coordinating as well as teaching local training courses developed by the Firm. He is also a qualified Peer Reviewer under the AICPA Peer Review Program.
