Jeffrey C. Solomon is a Director in the Firm’s New Haven office. He has more than 15 years of experience managing, conducting, reviewing and analyzing financial information for various industries, including tribal entities, manufacturing, construction, financial, pension plans and service programs.

Mr. Solomon has extensive experience providing an array of services to public companies‚ including test program design and test implementation to assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance‚ auditing and accounting‚ mergers and acquisitions‚ implementation of new accounting pronouncements and financing alternatives.

Working closely with tribal entities‚ Mr. Solomon manages audits and proctors services for various tribal elections. He also has experience preparing corporate‚ fiduciary and individual tax returns.

Prior to joining the Firm‚ Mr. Solomon spent several years at a regional accounting and consulting firm where he was responsible for the audits of various for-profit and not-for-profit companies.
