Gregory M. MacCune is a Partner in the Firm’s Boston office and a member of its National Retail/Consumer Products Industry group. As the Partner-in-Charge of Assurance services for the New England region, he audits financial statements for a wide range of private and publicly-held companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial reporting including comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and SEC reporting requirements.

Mr. MacCune works with large‚ medium and small entities‚ including publicly-held and privately-owned companies spanning a variety of industries. Working closely with clients‚ he has developed and executed Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 action plans and provided training to client personnel on internal control documentation and testing. Mr. MacCune has experience with merger and acquisition transactions‚ performing due diligence‚ preparing pro forma financial information and developing and implementing merger integration strategies.

Prior to his public accounting career‚ Mr. MacCune served as a Supply Corps Officer in the United States Navy for seven years of active duty and 14 years as a reservist where he had significant leadership and management responsibilities and served as a warranted U.S. Government Contracting Officer.
